not syncing email

My phone has been syncing my hotmail e-mail every since 2 days ago. I've changed nothing so I dont know what the problem could be. I keep getting the error message "failed to sychronize the folder list." Anybody had/have this problem???

delete the account from your phone and start over

well see that's the problem...I select options but I dont see anywhere to delete...does anyone know how to do this??? I signed myself out completely and signed back in and it will sync my folders in my email because it says what it's doing at the bottom, BUT it wont show my new e-mails...

You should be able to go into options and it should be highlighted. I'm having a similar problem but my email(gmail) keeps poping up with the check name and password and try again. Everything is right, just never retrieves. Really upsetting!
