Dropped phone recenty, now I have to press "L" key hard

Accidently dropped my TP2 the other day whie closing my car door. Now, the "L" hardware key has to be pressed harder. This happened a few days ago and I am noticing some typos of mine. I am constany having to backtrack and retype stuff out. Do you think there might be dirt in it or that a trace on the keyboard coud've cracked? Every other key works fine. This didn't happen til I dropped it that day. Is the TP2 keyboard backing difficult to get to?

I've tried blowing compressed air and tapping the side.. ficking at the button even. Nothing heps at all. Appreciate any feedback. Thanks

Wirelessly posted (HTC Diamond: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows CE; IEMobile 7.11) Sprint MP6950SP)

Unfortunately, I think the only fix is a replacement keyboard.
Take it in and they will probably fix it while you wait.
I hope it's under warranty or you have insurance.

I would suggest getting a program to map the L button to another key...then put a cool sticker over the broken button...

Re: Dropped phone recenty, now I have to press "L" key hard

No problems now. L seems to be working better than it did. Almost normal now. Thank god. And no, I don't have insurance. VZW's phone insurance is a joke. For as much as I paid for this, I'd be paying nearly just as much through insurance for a replacement. And they probably give me some crappy re-furbed unit. I was just hoping someone here knew how to remove the back cover and get the the keyboard area. I'm sure it's just a piece of dirt that got stuck in there.
