how to back up installed programs

hey guys my phone is in dire need of a hard reset because its going slow and i find my self reseting it about 5 times a day. what can i say i guess that sense 2.5 is too much for the phone to handle, although i love it. so my question is b4 I go ahead with the reset i was wondering if there was a way to back up all my installed programs into like one cab or something like that, so that i don't have to go and install every program and fix ive installed since day one because some of them i wouldn't even know where to find again lol.

sashimi or xda uc to install where cabs were installed but just to backup whats on sdcard use pc or spb backup(free trial) pimbackup(free) or m$myphone for contacts/opera favs/sdcard.

will spb let you restore while on trial? sprite backup won't.

too bad I am already vested 30.00 into sprite backup. i have just about everything else in spb's software library (mobile shell, keyboard, video converter).
