Microsoft myphone sms backup and restore

I am having this weird problem or im setting it up wrong
using microsoft myphone
i have txts backed up that are not on my phone my cell screwd up and when i sync it doesnt download all the ones online and they are not in archive..

I have backup my text messages and today when I sent a text to person #1 the entire chat conversation with them disappeared but when I go to sent folders all the txts i sent to them are still there

I tried syncing using the microsoft myphone it restore txts from other people but not for person #1

Try moving to archive, then restoring them.
