Active Sync Issues

Whenever I try to sync my tp2 to the computer with active sync an error shows up saying that there are issues with outlook exchange and to contact my network administrator. Does anyone have any tips to fix this?

I just did a hard reset and it still shows the error. I have windows 7 64bit edition.
