you dont need programs to set them.. its just startup_480x800.gif ...any .gif will work(you can adjust the length of the animation in advanced config too btw)..you do want to resize it though.. just need a decent file explorer to copy it into \windows

If someone knows a way to get better quality screenshots from dvds I would appreciate the info. They dont come out to be the resolution of my screen even when in full screen. Anyways this one turns out looking cartoonish so its still cool. The sample pic isnt the exact same thing,its a little shorter and no w7 stamp but you should get the idea. Click on the pic if its not showing the lightning on the thumbnail.
