Mexico Movistar Sim card on stock Sprint tp2

I recently went to Cancun Mexico and purchased a prepaid SIM card from "TELCEL". They were very expensive. I was told that there is a company is great coverage called Movistar and they were very inexpensive. Can anyone provide me any info on where to obtain this SIM as I will be returning to Mexico again and want to get it BEFORE I get there so I am not roaming the streets of Mexico to get a working phone wasting vacation time.

Lastly, if you have experience on this, will I also get any Data with their SIM?
