Data randomly not working

I'm running timberwolf rom. About 3am last night my data stopped working. Called Sprint today to re-provision and they told me I will need to hard reset. My question to you guys, is there a way to avoid resetting? If it helps, I am getting a 1012 error code.

My thought was if I have to reset my phone, I might have to flash back to stock.. If this is the route I have to take, I was wondering if I could do a full back up, restore to stock and provision it, then restore to the rom I'm using and load the back up. (Will that load the issue back with it?)
