Looking for stock 6.5 audio recorder program

searched and I was able to find an HTC voice recorder from 2008. I am looking for the stock audio recorder that comes with 6.5.

Also anyone know what the registry values that need to be edited to enable in call recording of calls ?

But I need the new one that came with 6.5, hell or maybe it was a sprint program. The new win 6.5 sprint htc rom had it. Bigs new rom doesnt have it included, love the rom; But need the program.
