My phone won't charge

My Touch Pro 2 stopped charging via any wall charger. When I plug it in using either an HTC usb cable charger, Blackberry charger, or Motorola charger. It instead, it brings up on the screen "Do you want to ActiveSync/Data Disk/Tether." Now the phone does charge from my GPS's car charger, and it will also charge from any charger when turned off and will even show the charging light and symbol all the say up until the phone says "Loading Sence." The phone does not have the "Don't charge when connected to a PC" checked off. I have a Sidekick charger I can try to use tomorrow and I would prefer not to Hard Reset unless i have to. I will also try disabling Sence after i post this. Anybody ever have such a problem?
