the techs (might) try to adjust the pin set, but more than likely, they would have to swap the device out. Unfortunately, like Rhodium stated, if your LDIs are tripped, then youll have to go through Asurion. Ive seen this happen three or four times out of the 10 TP2s ive seen in the past two months.
