contacts transfer to jabra cruiser bt speakerphone??

I have a jabra cruise for the car and whenever I receive a call it announces the full number rather than the name from the speakerphone..I've tried to transfer the contacts through the program energy uses for his roms and it didnt work, didnt support the cruiser or something, can someone please help!
