Request: Sprint Start Menu Bar Bottom

I have a 6.5 Rom sprint version,, I want the start menu at the bottom it Looks more efficient. Any Ideas. Ive searched Google But nothing popped up. Heres An Example. Its not on the top left anymore its on the bottom.

The screenshot is WM 6.5.3 or 6.5.5 or 6.5.X

Yeah. I'm going to try my hand at making a stock-like ROM (gonna take all the stock packages) that's 6.5.x instead of 6.5. I miss the bar being at the bottom.

I'm just using the stock rom because it's rock-solid, while every other ROM I've tried/cooked always crashes and has major problems within a day.

Either way there's no way you can get the taskbar on the bottom unless you flash a different ROM.
