Newb here about installing custom rom

I saw this video and it made me drool. I have a sprint tp2 and would love to that rom on my phone. so i came here and spend 30 min searching and i believe i gather all the required info. i just need some1 to double check. i just don't want to brick my phone.

1. first i must unlock my phone with hard-spl.

2.Then i go here and download the rom
