Newb here about installing custom rom
I saw this video and it made me drool. I have a sprint tp2 and would love to that rom on my phone. so i came here and spend 30 min searching and i believe i gather all the required info. i just need some1 to double check. i just don't want to brick my phone.

Yeah, Hard-SPL is all you need to flash a custom ROM. There's a SIM Unlocker too, but you won't really need that if [edit: what he said...].
FYI, make sure your using the correct H-SPL...depends on your phone, Sprint, Verizon, etc. Just double-check you're doing the right one, cuz you don't wanna brick yer TP2!

i will go next month to europe so if i wont do sim unlocker and i will flash it then htc tp2 wont work or roaming??? what is brick yer? thank you

get the hspl here http://rhodiumw.htc-unlocks.com/hard-spl.php
you dont need the sim unlocker if your going out of the states it will work fine.sim unlocker is to use the phone on a US gsm network.

oh ok so its like u take out sim from sprint htc tp2 and put there sim tmobile into htc tp2 sprint rite/??? thanks!!
