Sprint TP2 - running Stock ROM 1.21.651.3 - should I upgrade to new stock ROM?

I have not been here for a while. TP2 has been running great. Just saw an ad for the new HD2 and while browsing the HTC site I saw the WinMo 6.5 upgrade came out on 3.19.2010.

Question is...should I upgrade?

Running:
ROM version: 1.21.651.3
ROM date: 07/17/09
Radio version: 1.96.00WF
PRI version: 1.42_003

What are the improvements and drawbacks to messing with the phone?
