Re: Sprint TP2 - running Stock ROM 1.21.651.3 - should I upgrade to new stock ROM?
Comming from the stock 6.1...which I had running at42% fully optimized and was extremely zippy, the new stock 6.5 is slow, laggy, and a quite bit buggy. Some of the same problems that exisisted in earlier manilla 2.5 build still exisist. There is a sprint lovers rom, which is a custom rom, but is stock based for sprint users only and it is much zippier than stock, and less memory consumption, task manager and stealth teathering built right in. give it a try

Re: Sprint TP2 - running Stock ROM 1.21.651.3 - should I upgrade to new stock ROM?
i honestly don't know if i would do the upgrade again...for me it's only visualy appealing. my 6.1 was fine and i was actually happy with it - booted at 40% and rarely got to 70% usage and ran great. the new 6.5 boots at 56% and usually runs in the 70s. however the only real "bug" i've come across since upgrading is the "failure to wake" annoyance. never happened when i was runnig 6.1

I have been very happy with the new stock ROM, despite the excess memory use, it has not been a real problem for me.

Re: Sprint TP2 - running Stock ROM 1.21.651.3 - should I upgrade to new stock ROM?
i say go with the new official rom. you will the sense 2.5! my tp2 boots at around 35-40% with sense disabled, 45-50% with it enabled so its pretty clear that 2.5 is whats hogging the memory... hasnt TF3D, Manila, Sense (or whatever else you wanna call it) always been a memory hog? i say at least try the new stock rom, i dont think you will regret it...
