Using Sprint Touch Pro 2 Memory Card

I use Micro Soft My Phone for backup and it's showing no card in my Sprint TP2. I have 1 in there. How do I verify its ok? I see no instructions in manual. Any links would be appreciated Thanks Dorothy

Re: Using Sprint Touch Pro 2 Memory Card

Now that I have the card in there i don't have any instructions for saving to the card instead of into the built in memory. Thanks again for any links or other help. Dorothy

Re: Using Sprint Touch Pro 2 Memory Card

So, to summarize. You had a card in the phone. In the settings for Microsoft Myphone the storage card was grayed out? Did you have Pictures/Video/Music just above the card checked off? If those aren't checked it will not allow you to check off the storage card. At least you got yourself a new one, somehow. From what I remember the TP2s did not come with a storage card and those are considered accessories and thus not covered by insurance. What exactly are you trying to save to the storage card?
