Re: Win 7 64 Ultimate- WMDC not working

Do the following:

1) make sure you have admin access...

2) Go Start menu

3) Type "Services.msc" and hit enter

4) There are 2 services that begin with "Windows Mobile" right click them and restart them, one at a time.
5) Usually, the 1st one, "Windows Mobile-2003-basked device connectivity" has to be killed from the task manager.

That should get you back on the right path.

I actually just disabled the 2003 service all together & it resolved my issue. Thanks so much for pointing me in the right direction!
