Cannot install files

Not sure if this matters or not, but my TP2 that i just got was an upgraded replacement for the Touch Pro that i had for the last six months that had issues with missed calls and nothing showing up on the call log. U.S Cellular was really cool about replacing it with a TP2. I didn`t have any problems installing anything on my TP, i had all the basics, like Diamond Tweak, audiopara and the battery% and stuff like that. I know my TP2 is new and not refurb. Not sure if it`s something with the Windows6.5 that came already installed in the phone thats giving me the Trusted Certificate notification or what. I`m not sure if i need to find a file manager thats trusted to install that can open non trusted files for tweaks or maybe start experimenting with flashing new ROM`S, which seems very intimidating at this point considering i can`t even figure out simple tweaks right now.
