that stupid thanks button should be removed from the site, this is such an awesome board in most ways, fixing that problem would make it virtually perfect.

Half the posters don't understand what it's for anyway & removing it would stop the inane posts like "well, since he didn't thank you I'll do it for him" & would do away with posters begging other posters to "thank" them..........
