Anyway to change the bottom soft keys on home page of 6.5?

From the stock 6.5 homepage, there are 2 soft keys at the bottom of the screen.

Left side says "lock"
Right side says "menu"

Is there a way to change the left key to something else like "contacts"?

Can this be done without going through the registry, since I'm not that tech savy.

Thanks guys, but how do I get to the registry and make these changes?

You will need a program. Total commander will do it.

Once you install it and open it click on \\plugins. Your will now be in the registry.

hd tweaks worked for me. i only tried to change the left one & it worked with no issues i know of

i changed my left soft key "path" to \windows\start menu\programs\htc_people.lnk

i could never get the right soft key to change and work
