I need a shortcut to all the programs folder - sense 2.5

Go to Windows/Start Menu/Programs and proceed to remove all the programs from the folders. Delete the remaining folders (can't get em back w/o hard reset) and all your programs will be visible under the start menu. Sorry but its the best I can offer.
