X to close

I've already searched and can't find my answer. If you can help I'd appreciate it.

What happened to the check box for X to close. I can't find it in WM 6.5. Did that go the way of theHTC Task Manager?, or is there a registry hack to make this happen.

I'm tired of going to the task manager to close out all the programs. Also, if I have several programs open, they have a tendancy to come onscreen after a phone call. I must be touching something by mistake.
