Stowaway Bluetooth Keyboard & 6.5

Just upgraded from tpro 6.1 to tp2 6.5. My ThinkOutside Stowaway Bluetooth Keyboard ran fine with the Pro... in the setup was an option to disable the device's HID Bluetooth Profile... no such option now on the Pro2.

There is a ref stating...

"Current version of the keyboard/mouse driver supports the following Bluetooth stacks (system software components): Drakar (Socket) 6.x.x and Microsoft

After you install or upgrade a stack, tap... etc"

Install what from where???

Any ideas?

thanks

Re: Stowaway Bluetooth Keyboard & 6.5

I have a tp2 from verizon running the 2nd to latest version of mighty rom. Connected my stowaway without a problem.

Are you trying to use stowaway's old driver? I was unable to load it even with 6.1. It does limit functionality of the keyboard, but the keyboards are so expensive, I'm willing to just use it for text and keep the onboard keyboard flipped out for things like @ and function keys.

Re: Stowaway Bluetooth Keyboard & 6.5

yes, tried the old driver, which worked fine on the pro... no dice
so, if you please, by what specific procedure have you connected yours to the tp2?
