I had the same problem (case-dialing) until I used this registry hack...phone locks and hasn't accidentally turned on since. This retains the slider feature present in 6.5

I do plan to update but haven't had time to stop and do it. Since I am fairly new to WM, and have installed a bunch up apps-etc, can I copy files from "explore" in Activesync and then paste them back? I'm not sure the best way to update, including a hard-reset and get everything back the way I need it. I'm sure these is a lot said about this that I can read when I am ready.
Thanks for your input. there is no slider in 6.1 but that's fine, lockdevice does essentially what I needed.

I personally like to re-setup my phone, but then again, I don't have a lot of apps. The one's I do have are either from market place or open market and can just be reloaded from your profile on those apps. The others I have are .cab files that I just have saved on my SD card, so I go back and reinstall. As for contacts/calendar, I use windows mobile device and back up through outlook....occasionally I'll back up using windows myphone.

That being said, when you do upgrade to 6.5, it will wipe your phone so you'll have to decide which is the best way for you to back everything up.

Yup, I've been using it for a while now....it's one of the first .cabs I install after flashing, or resetting!

I use lockdevice and throttle lock. works perfect with the exchange server. Just turn off all the options in throttlelock and set it to unlock on incomming call and it should be fine...I had problems at first with missing calls, but after I had it unlock on incoming call it works perfect.
