cant dail from the touch screen..hlep

I noticed today that when i go to my favorites or my call log and i hit the number i want to call it doesnt do anything. the number just highlights but it dont call the number. do you all know what i can do? is there a setting i need to correct? i also have pocketshield on my phone. please help !!!

Soft Reset is the same thing as rebooting a PC....Good explanations HERE

oh boy. ok are you hitting the talk button? Im guessing your on stock rom?

Usually you press the number and it highlights it and it calls. sometimes you have to press the talk button. give that a shot. if that does not work, and you have soft reset a couple times, you might have to hard reset.

Next suggestion would be to uninstall PocketShield, soft reset, then see if the problems persist.

If uninstalling PocketShield this fixes the problem, then re-install PocketShield BUT make sure you UNINSTALL(DISABLE) Phone call protection options during the install process(example in attached screen shot).

Ok i did all the recommendations and it still didnt work. i guess there is something wrong with my phone.
