ah.....very true, but other than that I couldn't think of a complaint on this program if I tried. And besides, does any use HTC Messaging or WM Messaging for MMS anyway? I know that I never have.

lol....no, but I have used and run thousands of ppc programs and though there are so many great ones out there, I find it quite rare to find any that are completely bug free, do everything that I want it to, have a very user friendly design, and that also are visually appealing as well. I have a lot of appreciation when I come across things like this and try to get the word out so that others can take advantage of their usefulness as well. The whole point of sites and forums like these are so that we can get everything we can out of these devices that we have paid so much money for and I just feel that this program is a definate step in the right direction.

Re: Say goodbye to the annoyances of HTC Messaging and WM Messaging for good!

What's wrong with MS messaging?

I like tha fact that SMS/Vito allows you to insert pre-written responses, but.....

SMS/Vito forces you to type out every recipient's name istead of simply hitting a pic from your "favorites" screen in HTC sense.

I want to keep HTC Sense's "favorites", but when I hit a favorite's pic, I just want to be automatically placed into WM messaging...... exclusively.

I have noticed Scotty is advertising this SMS/Vito program a lot on here, as well.

Ummmmmmmmmmmm.............no, I'm sorry, that's not correct at all. Try when you open the app pushing the button in the bottom left hand corner of the screen, which brings up all of your contacts....wow

Edit:
In fact, now that I think about it, there's no option really unless you go out of your way to have to type in their name. Have you ever even used this app before?

Re: Say goodbye to the annoyances of HTC Messaging and WM Messaging for good!

Yes I have.
I appreciated you posting about it so, based on your recommendation, I have been using Vito for the last couple of days.
I like Vito's visual appearance, and I like Vito's ability to insert pre-written texts.

But, I want to be able to quickly access a recipient and send a text to them with just a few taps on the screen. HTC's "my favorites' is much faster and easier doing this than SMS/Vito.
If I was willing to scroll to a recipient's name, I would just use WM 6.5 without HTC Sense. That would be much faster and easier than HTC Sense AND Vito SMS.

If Vito/SMS can be modified to work in conjunction with HTC's My Favorites, I will definitely try it out again.
