for task manager just add it as a quick link on ur home screen...easy access...
 love this rom...so everyone just stop complaining...

Or you can just enable the htc taskmanager with this cab, works perfect here

On the start menu you can also move it to the top of the screen by holding down on it, didn't want to waste a shortcut on it.

Another option is to use HandySwitcher as a good replacement. I had an old registration for it lying around and it seems to work very well so far. Just another option to many that will work great.
