Sprint 6.5 - disable opera splash screen at load

I am very annoyed by this loading screen when I launch Opera.

It is slooowwww and tootallu unnecessary, but i need some help to kill it.

Anyone can tell me where is the preference to disable it, is very welcome, thx.
