If using stock rom it never goes away. I flashed a Mighty Rom and it went away. No more annoying pop ups!!!!

Hmmmm intrigueing lol ok only one question about it then if i flash to mightyrom will windows live messenger work with mobile internet? (totally off topic i guess but any help would be lovely)
