Help: Phone is acting like there are headphones plugged in.

I Had Similar Problem Today..I Had To Do 2 Hardreset Today And I Finally Figured Out The Problem Is HD TWEAK Cab I Had Downloaded So If You Have HDtweak Cab Just Remove It Or Do Hardreset

This happened to me once. I found that if i was using i.e. windows media player and turned the screen off, then pulled out my earphones, i would have the same problem you are having. to resolve this, i opened up media player (i think it was actually coreplayer), plugged the earphones in and ran the video, then removed the earphone and it went straight back to speaker.

for some reason if you remove the earplugs at a certain point, it think they are still in there, so you have to reverse your steps and unplug them normally

I solved my problem. I just grabbed the end of my headphone plug and pushed it down in the 3.5 jack checking if anything was out of place, and that was exactly the problem. Something was out of place. Thanks a lot for the help and suggestions guys.
