restoring Opera favorites after WM v6.1 to v6.5 upgrade

I updated my Sprint TP2 ROM last night to v6.5 I really like it. Prior to the update, I saved my Opera6.adr file. After the update, I replaced the Opera6.adr file that was in the new Windows\Opera\Profiles directory. There was an existing Opera6.adr file there and it replaced it.

It appears HTC has done something different with Opera in this version of the ROM. It appears that there is now a common Favorites directory that is shared between Internet Explorer and Opera. There is a favorites directory and it stores individual HTML files for each favorite. As I manipulate favorites in Opera, this directory gets changed with the changes.

Funny thing is that when I type in addresses in the Opera address bar, it starts to auto-fil from my old opera6.adr file with sites that are stored in it. This is a new ROM and I have no browsing history, so this opera6.adr file is the only place it could be pulling these from.

Is there a way to convert my opera6.adr file to traditional favorites so that I can move them to the favorites directory?

Hey I have a common problem. The favorites for IE and Opera have merged. I don't like this because I don't have many favorites for IE and now when I view favorites in IE it's cluttered with my Opera favorites. Is there any way to seperate these?

i used the update for a hour but i just loaded a opera 9.7cab and all was good.
