WM 6.5 & Exchange, not working ?

does your username have the "@" symbol in it like: abc123@domain.com,
if so, the @ symbol will grey out the domain because it automatically pulls the domain from the username, try doing ur username without the @ symbol and see if the domain area un-grays. HTH
