Under notifications go to Event:Messaging New Text Message
Then check Display message on screen

Same thing for MMS if you want that as well.

Are ya'll talkin about after you send the txt msg the bubble says msg sent?..bc i'm trying figure that out also, i dont even know if my txt being sent nemore lol
