I use the Xperia X2 task manager. It works just as well as the HTC one except that it only shows actual ram usage and not percentage like the HTC. If you install it a small white dot (its easy to miss at first) is where the HTC task manager usually is and it opens when you touch it. Here's the thread I found it in.

Re: Had 6.1+Mobile Shell. Now 6.5...but add MS?

While I like the sense weather animations I had to ditch it for MS 3.5.3. So far so good. The battery life is better and the overall phone is quicker. I'm enjoying the new radio it's giving me good reception. When I soft reset I have over 100mb of free ram which with (non)sense I only had 60mb or so...

Thumbs up!

Hmm... you are tempting me to flash. How stable is the rom? i.e. how does it run after a few days of use? I'm really curious because I have a pretty sweet setup right now but I've been reading good things about the new radio so I'm tempted. I just don't want to have to go through all of the trouble of setting up all my icons and such again.

I've been running it since release and no issues. Although I haven't really been using the phone much. I think it was worth it for the newer radio, but you can apparently upgrade this without the whole package.
