They know plenty. It's the fine print below the information like what accord posted that draws the response above:

If this information was to get into the hands of the infidels, just imagine what kind of widespread panic that would cause. Yea I would take a guess that their OS Build will be somewhat older than the custom roms here & except for the Radio, we would be lucky to have any usefull modifications to use & put in a custom rom, because Sprint is so lax and careful about updating anything new.

Just dont get hopes up too high, and then you will be better off.

Like I said a few pages back, the OP has been a member of this site longer than most of you. Why not just give him the benefit of the doubt until otherwise can be proven. I mean seriously if it was a mod that created this thread with absolutely no pics would there be as much flaming?

The OP has been a member of this site for 4 years and doesn't have the highest post count or rep which tells me that he has better things to do with his time than to create some rediculous thread just to get a reaction out of people. Also remember even if sprint officially released a date, does it mean that its guaranteed to happen on that date? Everything now a days have a disclaimer stating that dates are always subject to change.

In anycase I hope sprint does something really good with this update. If not and its just a standard 6.5 update, what the hell have they been doing this whole damn time?

Personally Im finding this thread degrading down the same path again and by mostly the same people...

The threadstarter posted his info, if its accurate and at some point during the 24 hours of Friday its released then great you people all get in line and put on a generous amount of lip balm and get to work on making him happy (better have a beer and a steak with ya too)
If during the 24 hours it doesnt get released, so be it then, Sprint/HTC has every right to change or outright drop the release if and when they want to and not when YOU want it, its certainly not like 90% of the posters and readers even are going to use the stock ROM anyway and are waiting on ripping it open to pull out pieces for custom ROM integration of the parts anyway.

IMHO Mods, dump each response leaving only the first response and lock this thread outright - leave the info there to be read and taken with whatever personal thoughts and a grain of salt each reader has and be done with this and the net trolls looking for crumbs to feed on and we all can just patiently wait until the end of Friday to see if it happens or not.

If it doesnt pan out, find out why .. if it is the misinformation posted or if Sprint or HTC pulled a delay but in either way this is hardly a constructive or needed debate/thread.

BTW! MightyROM WAR is 100% compatible with Sprint and was released well before Sprint will ever release their update Hey.... Just sayin'!
