mobile.msn.com redirects to info.mobile.msn.com

Does anyone know how to stop this from happening? I'm using Opera 9.7 in MightyROM WAR. I did a search and found a post that said you have to redo the opera.ini file, but I can't find it where it is supposed to be in windows\opera9. I suspect it may be called something else in this version of Opera. Anyone else know what causes this?
