Smash my Pro 2?!

so heres the lowdown on my TP2.

Recieved FREE from Sprint due to Pro being replaced 5 times in 6 months from internal errors. that was in Dec. Then it was like everything went to shit jan 1. messages read 2016, randomly shuts off while typing messages, 3 times it has done hard reset by itself wiping all from phone, and now my opera reads invalid signature. idk what to do with it anymore. i am tired of sprint and the lousy customer service, but my plan is cheap from them and would go up with other providers for equivalent.

any ideas on making this thing right or am i dreaming? i dont run alot nor save alot on this. 2 email accounts, im, and pictures but they save on card.
