Outlook email issue

I have a msn live email address and I use outlook on my computer. but I can't email through the outlook account on my phone. my email on my phone is set up separately from the outlook on my phone. I set it up wrong but I can't delete them both to start over or fix the settings on the outlook account to send and recieve through it. If anyone has a suggestioj let me know because HTC and Verzon have been no help.
