Wirelessly posted (HTC Touch Pro 2: Opera/9.80 (Windows Mobile; WCE; Opera Mobi/WMD-50369; U; en) Presto/2.4.13 Version/10.00)
can I tether to my computer for internet access, and connect to the same computer via activesync at the same time? This stupid program needs the phone connected to the internet and phone at the same time to activate some software. (This is the only way for me, I don't have a wifi card in the computer, or available lan internet).

In WMDC under connection setings the last option is "allow data connections when connected to pc" So while connected via activesync you should be able to run htc wifi router. I dont beleive you can run usb ICS and activesync at the same time though

you can connect use internet sharing via bluetooth then after the connection is already establish, connect usb to phone and then select actvie sync. Oh, sorry i didnt read the thread right, you want usb tethering.
