Help w/ recording and syncing

How can I sync my phone recordings into Microsoft Journal or even just a file on my laptop? I am using Resco Audio Recorder and it just records to my SD card. How can I get those recordings to sync to my laptop?

Might just have to do it the old fashioned way and file transfer. Copy and paste them straight from your phone straight onto your computer.
