Alright, users issues have been addressed by Olipro and cmonex. Im closing this down. they have given you the right course of action to get this issue solved and they have also stated they they are improving there system to avoid issues. Some people are gettign a lil hot under the collar here. And i have to say i can see it from both sides.

With that said, Work with the proper actions to resolve this issue, help your self and help them.
