no signal

i installed a taskbar that changed my icons and it worked fine. So then i converted it to ext and put it into calkulins kitchen and remade a new rom with this new taskbar as the only addition and now i have a circle in the signal bar. When i make a call it says signal may be unavailable blah blah. So i took it out of the kitchen and it is still the same. Iv tried 3 different times and still the same. Now im downloading someone elses rom to see if it does it with there rom. Any suggestions? And a side note iv been makeing my own roms for awhile now and never had problems with all them.

Tried a differnt rom and now i can make calls but now im stuck with the no sim card icon so something musta messed up that build.

I have a similar - no signal - problem with a new phone just sent to me today. Trying to activate it, but shows no bars. so never connects. so I cannot activate. Took it to the verizon store. small store, this is like their 2nd touch pro 2, so couldn't fix it.

any ideas? It has 6.5
