I'm still waiting on an early leaked shipped 2.04.651.4.exe so people can start arguing and waiting for it to be officially posted on the HTC upgrades site, while others enjoy some leaked goodness, and then it doesn't get posted on the HTC site directly after 12:01am, and flame ensues

I read the whole playbook already.

Its a whole bunch of mumbo jumbo about The Palm Pixi/Pre devices.

And then one important thing I read that will get some customers heated is that if you want to add on a monthly discount, consent from the customer as well as a 2 year contract renewal will be made in order for the customer to get a monthly discount.

It will be effective 3-21-10

Most of the time I add on discounts for new customers and existing customers upgrading their phone. No biggie for me to explain at least.
