Problems installing Throttle Lock

So i went here

to install throttle lock on my phone. Clicked the .cab link and checked the box to agree to license agreement. Hit save file and store to storage card like i do with all the cabs i install. So i sit and wait for the green bar to go all the way across so then i can goto file explorer and open it. The green bar never went across. It started just a lil bit and after that didnt move any more. Am i doing something wrong?

I suggest s2u2 and why not download to your pc and then pass it over to the phone

Would prefer throttle lock. Also i would just use a PC but with my busy schedule i ussually only have time to get on forums via Mobile.

Anybody else ever experience this issue?

I downloaded to my phone when i installed it and it worked just fine..no help but at least you know it can be done

yea id throw pocketshield out there 2 ... i tried throttle lock out of boredom once on my tp2 & it wasnt all that smooth. but maybe it was just my particular phone & maybe other stuff installed . .idk
