Where can I get manila 2.5?

no, my phone is not SIM and security unlocked, when I check SIM they are charging for unlocking it.

I believe with verizon they both most be done. You can try just security unlocking and see if you are able to flash. You cannot flash without doing this.

verizon does not need both unlocked, a VZ phone is exactly the same as a Sprint one in this regard....... (sim does not need to be unlocked)

I wasn't sure. I have sprint. I know Sprint you don't need to only if you want to use local US networks but Verizon you need to unlock to use any other SIM. Thanks for chiming in.
