I wonder what's different in my system??

Mine is receiving just fine, we need to figure out what is different in my system allowing it to work??

What version of NRG are you on?
What have you installed concerning MMS? (arcsoft, HTC client, fixes, etc.) and in what order?
Can you show a screenshot of your MMS server settings?

any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated .

Soemthing IS going on with Verizon. I have been having MMS issues the last few days and today I was texting fine then made a call and it went to VZW. So I hung up and dialed again, same thing, dialed a different number and same thing. Dialed (I believe #8899) the number that it gave me to call. I was getting a message saying that device could not be authenticated. Lady on the other end said that it was a security thing and happens randomly for no reason...Everything is fine now.

Using S3v9 ROM. Could send but not receive. Exported my "jataayu" registry key before trying the Mike304 fix and then was unable to send or receive. Reimported my "jataayu" registry key after and can now send again but still not receive. Getting the same "Unable to download" error others are getting. WOW. What's the issue?

Ok, did you install the cab or .rar file? Secondly if you guys want export and send me the jaatayu reg that you guys have on your phone and i'll see if i can get it to work, at least 3 people so i can compare settings.

Mike304, I installed the reg file. Here is the reg file that I exported prior to installing your fix. Can send but not receive MMS on Verizon.

Here is the Jataayu reg file after I merged it with Mike304's fix. This is for him or anybody that wants to analyze it. Can send but not receive Verizon MMS. Also, now on S3 v10 ROM with same results.

Thanks Mike304. It appears as though you are setting up for ArcSoft. I am trying to use the HTC Messaging v1.5 Build 2011.3831. After applying the reg file I cannot send or recieve. However, if I change back to "GUID"="{1F994B49-C056-4503-99B0-37247BCC80F7}" and change the UserAgent back to HTCMessaging, I am back to send ok, no receive. I get the notification but cannot download the file. Thanks for trying.
