Auto-Upload Audio Recorder

Hello Everyone,

Does anyone know of a Call-Recorder application that runs on the Sprint Touch Pro 2 with the following features -

Automatic Statup with WinMobile
Auto Records All incoming and outgoing calls
Runs in the background - no annoying pop-ups
Attaches Call info (Phone number dialed/callerID/Time/Date)

And the big one..
Automatically can send the recorded file to an off-site storage location (E-Mail, FTP, whatever)

If anyone can suggest something, I would be really really pleased. I need to keep a log of my phone calls, and I love being able to listen to past calls to clarify information when on my Desk and Home phone (Asterisk Phone server at home and at work).

P.S. If nothing currently exists, I will start the pot at $100 if someone codes it.

I myself would love to have an app such as that, I have also been looking for an ap to do something SIMILAR TO that, even if it doesn't attach and store off site, I'm not apposed to syncing my phone to the PC to copy them over even...The Idea of being able to start automaticly stop automaticly then stamp the file with the callers Number, Date, Time, and Durration of call would be DOPE!
