touchflo contacts slow?

i'm using the stock sprint rom, and when i use touchflo contacts majority of my contacts take around 20 seconds to open up the screen giving me the option to call,text, etc. it freezes the phone while its loading. is this abnormal? if it isn't, is there a fix somewhere for it? thanks
